Andrew Hinz, Chief Dennis Burns' Taser Expert From Taser International:
Andrew Hinz is an EXPERT. He states in his expert reports that TASER CAMS V06-015525 and V06-015020 recorded the March 15, 2008 incident and then were destroyed.
Andrew Hinz states that TASER CAM V07-065373 was sent to the Palo Alto Police for the first time on November 26, 2008, Yet the 2008 Taser Download Report documents TASER CAM V07-065373 being downloaded on January 9, 2008, ELEVEN months earlier. And Police Chief Dennis Burns stated that TASER CAM V07-065373 is the TASER CAM he took into possession from Officer Burger.
The Crime Lab Documents a different camera then the one Burns claims to have physically sent them and after being informed that Ciampi wants to view the video footage on both taser cameras Burns changes his first response.
How does a person get that wrong when they had the Taser Camera in their physical possession?
Andrew Hinz of Taser International documents to TASER CAMS that were sent to Taser International prior to November 26, 2008 from the Palo Alto Police requiring repair. That is exceedingly coincidental that two taser cameras needed repair work during Ciampi's criminal case and were ultimately destroyed.
